Know What to Bring With You When You Shop for a New or Used INFINITI

Are you about to start your dream INFINITI purchase and unsure of what type of paperwork you should bring?  Here at Mike Ward INFINITI in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, not only are we excited about helping you get into a new INFINITI model that you’ll love, but we want to make sure you have the best shopping experience possible. Therefore, we would like to share with you some of the items you might need to bring with you when you are coming to our Denver Metro dealership to start buying your new vehicle.

What Documents & Items Should You Bring to Your Vehicle Purchase?

Driver’s License & Proof of Insurance – Before you visit us, ensure you have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance when you arrive. We need these to prove that you can legally purchase and drive the INFINITI you are looking to get behind the wheel of. Your license also helps with the vehicle financing process.

Payment Type  / Proof of Income– If you will be putting a down payment, make sure you have an approved method to make that payment with you. To expedite financing, please also make sure that you bring proof of income with you.

Current Vehicle Registration/Title for Vehicle – Are you trading in a vehicle at the time of purchase?  The car title shows that you are the owner. Locate that document and see how the car is “titled” — meaning who legally owns it.  You will also need a copy of your current registration. Locate this important document, verify that the registration is current, and also check that the sticker is on the license plate.
