I recently bought an Infiniti M37x from CJ and Mike Ward Infiniti and have only positive things to write about the experience. CJ was a pleasure to work with, a man of great integrity and will to help in any way he could. I started working with him after my initial internet inquiry, through test driving and finally the final negotiation and closing. I never felt pressured into any situation and that CJ's knowledge and recommendations helped me pick the right car for me. Mike Ward's facilities are brand new, exceptionally clean, stylish and a pleasure to visit. The staff were all very supportive and continue to provide me with top quality service. I will recommend CJ and Mike Ward to others and look forward to coming back in the future.

I am not one to go to dealerships and wheel and deal. I usually send my husband, because I can not stand to go through this process. However, as Mike Ward Infiniti I had a great experience and was a part of the whole process. Rance was wonderful to work with and I would recommend family and friends to this dealership!!

We were looking for a good reliable & affordable car for our son. We called about a car we saw online at Mike Ward, but unfortunately for us it was sold. Antonio & Jeffrey called us a few days later and told us about another car that they just got in that was in our price range. After we told Antonio we were interested in the car, he had the service department check the car out. He said it was a good car for our son, so we bought it. It was a very good experience, everything went very smoothly. We will come back to Mike Ward next time we buy a car.

C. J. was great to work with. We drove over a hundred miles to see the vehicle we finally bought. There was a glitch in that the Pathfinder we were coming to see was mis-identified on the website. C.J. called us as soon as he became aware of the problem. Were already most of the way there and decided to come on in a look at the vehicle. In the end we were glad we did as we had the most positive car buying experience that we have experienced in 20 years. We will certainly keep this in mind next time we are shopping vehicles.

I had such a great experience at Mike Ward Infiniti. After having a terrible experience a few months earlier at another dealership I was more than cautious my second time around. My experience at MWI was a completely different experience from the beginning. Jeffery Meyers was very informative and patient with me. I was there for around 10 hours in 2 days trying to make a decision. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. I finally made a decision and I'm loving my new ex35! Thanks to all the staff! You have changed my mind about car buying.

Recently purchase a 2011 g37x and this was the best car buying experience that I have had. CJ was extremely helpful, laid-back, and knowledgeable,... never pushy. He explained every feature and option in great detail, demonstrating complete expertise on the g37. The finance team was great as well. The entire experience was enjoyable and I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle at Mike Ward. Loving the car as well.

I have done business with Mike for over 25 years. Mike's new Infiniti Dealership is outstanding, my wife and I have leased two Infiniti's from Mike Ward Infiniti. Race like has been great to work with and his follow-up is the best. The Service department at Mike Ward Infiniti is wonderful and easy to work with. We have established a true friendship with the Mike Ward Infiniti Staff, They treat everyone with respect and all are enjoyable to be around. Bought a used car from Mike Ward, the staff (Van) was knowledgeable, upfront, honest and professional. Night and day from my last experience. Would highly recommend to anybody buying new or used.

This is the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have dealt with the Schomps, Planet Honda, Ty's Nissan and worst of all Burt Subaru now, Groove Subaru. I am still in amazement at how smooth the transaction was but most of all the superior customer service Van and CJ at the dealership offered me. I will only purchase vehicles from them for now on. Thanks so much for such a smooth and quick transaction and for actually caring about your customer.

Converted Customer I was looking to replace my 200k mi Volvo and was unsure of which way to go. Dropped in and talked to a couple of the sales people at Mike Ward Infiniti. They listened to what I was looking for. after going through their extensive like of Used cars. (Which by the way were some of the best that I have seen on any used lot.) They suggested that I test drive the new G37. There were some great deals. The fit and finish was fantastic. Once I drove it I was sold. I have owned many different car lines and models, none compared to this car. Infiniti is producing a very good product. I am a new fan of Infiniti. Mike Ward Treated me right. I would refer anyone I know looking for a car (new or used ) to Mike Ward Infiniti. Thanks guys

Excellent Experience I have purchased two cars from Mike Ward Infiniti and had two excellent experiences. Two years ago I bought an EX35 and was very pleased with the whole process! The sales staff was knowledgable and friendly. I worked with Bob, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He knows a lot about cars and could clearly explain all of the car's features. After researching prices on the internet, I discovered that the price quoted to me at the dealership was a great deal. I had such a good experience that I bought a second car, a G37, from them in March 2010 and was again very impressed with the service and experience. I will definitely go to Mike Ward Infiniti first when it comes time to buy another car.

Great Experience Bought a used 2009 G37x. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Jeffrey. A great sales person! He never was pushy and always explained all the features of the car with enthusiasm. When it came time to negotiate he was always very clear about all the costs (trade in value, taxes, additional fees etc) we were never "surprised" with our negotiations. We loved dealing with him and would recommend him to all of you!
