Cami A. July 23, 2013- I had the pleasure of visiting Mike Ward Infiniti yesterday (Monday, July 22) to have my oil changed and a few issues checked on my car. A wonderful young man, Damir Gonzales, assisted me. He really puts the "service" in service consultant. He was very attentive to my needs and answered every question I had. He also checked on me regularly as I waited in the lounge. His attention to detail is second to none. He even noticed the retired USMC license plate on my vehicle. He asked if I served and when I informed him my dad served 28 years active duty, he asked that I thank my father for him, which I did. My dad is the most important person in the world to me and Damir's gesture really touched my heart. I could tell that he sincerely meant his "thank you" and words will never do justice to how that made me feel. I will forever remember Damir. And Mr. Ward, you've gained a customer for life!

It was a holiday, and we didn't know they were closing early, but they stayed late to make sure we could complete our transaction. Very nice experience, great staff, and a great car at a fair price.
Patricia T. Aug 20, 2013- My husband's vehicle was totaled in an accident on Monday. On Thursday, I visited C.J. Ibarra after I had seen a vehicle I was interested in on the internet. Two hours later, we drove off the lot in the same vehicle!! Mr. Ibarra made the transaction fast and simple, even catering to my 3 year old by offering gold fish crackers, his favorite. Michael G. Aug 12, 2013- I live in Jackson, WY and after much research I realized that Mike Ward Infiniti near Denver, CO had the exact car I was looking for. I spoke with Van Saukam, a sales representative, and he was able to understand my complicated scenario and method of payment immediately. I flew to Denver and was picked up by Van himself and had a pleasant drive to the dealership. I was surprised by the beautiful building, and after a short signing, I sat in a massage chair and ate a complimentary orange while the paperwork was finalized and my vehicle was prepared for me. I do not expect formal service, and am a casual buyer, but Van gave me 5 star service along with a sense a realism, and for that...I thank you.
Kevin C. Aug 5, 2013- Mike, you know, sometimes friends forget to say thank to their friends because, well, we just assume there is that telepathic communications. I have been over several times recently but kept missing you, and while this is not face to face, I did want to thank you for the care, service and personal attention I receive from your entire team. Thanks for helping out Kev and his truck, Conor and his new used car, me and all my cars and Sean and his car. A special thanks to Kim and her team -- they are friendly, courteous and get the job done. Arend is just a superstar in my book. He is on top of all my vehicles, even better than I am. Rance is always accessible and if I call he calls me on my cell even if he's not working -- can't ask for much more than that!! And I have to say too, that when I am at the dealership EVERYONE speaks to me, whether I'm in the showroom, the service area or just cruising the inventory, most people call me by name, even the service techs. (maybe I'm there too much huh!!!!) Forgot to mention Chris the service supervisor, he looks after all my cars and makes sure things are done right, even if you need to keep a vehicle overnight. Really appreciate what he and Arend and Kim do. Even Bob and Ray are super and represent you and your company so well. Of course, its lonely at the top but I wanted to thank you -- its your leadership, mentoring and coaching that motivates your team to provide the world class service and professionalism that I as a customer, really appreciate.

minutes to say thanks for how you, and everyone at Mike Ward conduct business.
When we first purchased our FX35 last year i remember how fun it was to test
drive, and how straight forward and honest you and everyone there was with
regards to the purchase. No one tried to add extras without fully explaining
what it was, and what the cost or service would detail. From that point until
now your service department has been exceptional! Again, everyone there is
honest and straight forward. Just today i went in for an oil change and asked
for a tire rotation, but they said a tire rotation was not necessary and so
they didn't do it just to try to get the extra money, something I am not at all
used to. I am happy to say that Mike Ward is a class above all other
dealerships I have been to, Including the one I just bought my truck from. I do
not ever plan on buying another car from another dealership period. Well done
and I hope to continue to be able to work with you and everyone at Mike Ward.

It is refreshing to work with someone who truly cares and will tell you the truth about what needs to be done with your vehicle. He is extremely personable and their shop is spotless. Everyone that I have encountered at this location have been nothing but helpful. They have done everything in their power to make it as easy as possible to bring my car in around my work schedule. I use to take my car to the Highlands Ranch Brakes Plus to get work done on my vehicle and I will never take it there again after seeing what I have been missing out on. Bottom line if you want your car fixed without being taken advantage of you should take your car here.
Debra M. May 27, 2013- Warren was great! I had done a lot of research before coming in, and we came in to test drive the JX, and left with a car. Warren was patient and let us take as much time as we needed to make the decision. I had a great experience, and because I was really happy with my experience and was talking about it with my boss the next day, she decided to finish negotiating the deal the next day with your dealership, and bought a JX too.
Maria P. May 26, 2013- This was my first vehicle purchased from a dealership and I could not have had a better experience! I was able to get a great vehicle, at a great price/interest rate, and I never felt pressured to buy. Van was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him for anyone interested in buying a vehicle. He was patient, HONEST, and respectful. I know I was able to get a great deal and felt like Van was upfront the entire time and took me slowly through every step. I never felt rushed and knew I could walk away if need be. I had a small issue with the vehicle a week after purchasing it, without a warranty. Van worked to quickly fix the issue, at no cost to me, and even had the vehicle delivered to my house so I did not have to drive back to the dealership. This is a dealership that legitimately CARES about the customer. I have received multiple letters, a welcome package, and a free oil change voucher all within a few weeks of the vehicle purchase. They WANT the customer to be happy. I am 110% satisfied and look forward to working with a Mike Ward dealership for future vehicle purchases.

Paul H. May 6, 2013-On Saturday, May 4th, 2013, I came to Mike Ward Infiniti to purchase a vehicle. I had been scouring the internet looking for a low mileage, high quality commuter car that had some style and power. I found the exact car I was looking for at Mike Ward Infiniti, a 2007 Audi A4. What I didn't expect to find was a high quality "used" car dealership. Upon arrival, my families of six, including four children under age 12, were shown to a comfortable lounge and play area. I waited very briefly while paperwork was handled so that I could test drive the Audi. During the test drive, my 12 year old daughter accompanied me and completely fell in love with, "her future car". Van and I worked out a sales offer and, sadly, it was just beyond my cash-in-hand reach. However, Van and I decided to finance a portion of the vehicle. I decided on this course mostly because I was so impressed with the extra effort of Van, the mechanical upkeep of the car, and the overall experience at Mike Ward. I drove away in my new Red Audi A4 very pleased. During the sales process, I conveyed to Van that I had purchased a vehicle over the internet before and was very happy with that process. Today, I am not just happy, but completely blown away with the experience I had on Saturday. I cannot complement Mike Ward and Van enough on my sales event. Van is professional, kind, attentive, and sincere. Above all, I felt that he was genuinely pleased to sell me a quality car, not just happy to make a sale. I will recommend with confidence Van Saukam and Mike Ward Infiniti to everyone I know and I hope to return to purchase my next vehicle in the not too distant future.

Eric- Apr 30, 2013- I purchased a used Lexus from their dealership and it was everything that I hoped for. I'm from Wisconsin, and I appreciated how they emailed me a real time video of the car inside and out. No other dealership would do that. Buying a car across the country can be stressful due to the fact that I do not see or test drive the car up front before negotiating, but they were honest about everything. They were also negotiable with the price. Other dealerships stood firm on their advertised prices. Reading some of the negative reviews online from other people, I found it hard to believe that they were talking about the same dealership because Mike Ward Infiniti was extremely professional with everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in one of their cars.

They were extremely quick in getting everything done in just a few hours! Let us use a complimentary loaner car! Compared to taking your Infiniti to a local auto shop, Mike Ward's was cost the same to get things fixed.You can tell they all work with integrity and honesty!
Anika J. - Apr 27, 2013- Driving onto the lot a few weeks ago, I knew the experience at Mike Ward Infiniti was going to be a positive one. There weren't any creepy sales people "on the prowl" when we pulled in and got out of the car. We walked into the showroom and ran into who would turn into our sales consultant, Libby. She greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm. I was clear that I just wanted to take a couple of cars for a test drive to get the feel of an Infiniti as I had never had the privilege to dive one. Libby was knowledgeable, accommodating and super fun to be around. I left with no pressure to buy that day. The Infiniti product speaks for itself - I had a feeling I would be back. After a few visits back to the dealership (and visits to other, less impressive dealerships) I decided I wanted an Infiniti and I wanted to buy it from Libby at Mike Ward Infiniti. Phoebe R.- Apr 18, 2013- I absolutely love my QX56! Had a huge snowstorm the day I bought it home. The storm lasted for 2 days. 4 wheel low got me down my switchback driveway on a ridge. Truly amazing. Libby, my sales professional, was fantastic. She went over everything I had to know to operate the vehicle and I had a chance to use some of the fabulous features on the way home as the roads were slushy and icy. Many spin outs, but not my killer truck which I have affectionately named Godzilla, as it is huge, Japanese, and bad-ass.

Rob R- Nov 12, 2012- If more dealerships cared about their customers like Mike Ward does, the auto industry would never have needed bailing out. We recently bought a 2010 Honda Accord Cross Tour from Mike Ward Infiniti's used car department and the entire process took just under two hours total...in and out from "Hi, how can we help you?" to "Thank you for your business...enjoy your new car." First, the staff - incredible. Everyone from the first salesman, to the used car sales manager to the finance guy we signed the papers with. And let me tell you...this was not an easy sale. My wife is Russian, very particular, very tough customer...AND she had to bring our two pre-teen girls and three year old little boy with her at the time. They actually assigned a salesman to our kids to help keep them entertained! It turned out to be a lot fun for the kids as Mike Ward Infiniti has a great customer waiting area complete with big screen TVs, massage chairs and toys for toddlers...they thought of everything - especially for stressed out parents with kids in tow who had not had dinner yet. I recently stopped by the dealership on business and to thank the sales staff for taking good care of my wife. While I was there, I found out that Mike Ward, the owner, actually has an office right there on the showroom floor...and he is in that office a lot. To me, a small business owner, that shows he cares a lot about his business, his customers and his staff to be that available to anyone who wants to knock on his door. I ended up calling and leaving him a voicemail the next day to let him know how great we think his staff and dealership is...Mike Ward called me back personally to thank me for our business and our compliment. No matter what kind of car you're looking for, I highly suggest going to Mike Ward Infiniti and letting those guys find the car you want...I guarantee you will be a customer for life.

Matthew-January 23, 2012-I recently bought an Infiniti M37x from CJ and Mike Ward Infiniti and have only positive things to write about the experience. Lori-Dec 22, 2011- We were looking for a good reliable & affordable car for our son. We called about a car we saw online at Mike Ward, but unfortunately for us it was sold. Antonio & Jeffrey called us a few days later and told us about another car that they had just got in that was in our price range. After we told Antonio we were interested in the car, he had the service department check the car out. He said it was a good car for our son, so we bought it. It was a very good experience, everything went smoothly. We will come back to Mike Ward next time we buy a car.
Ronald-Dec 18, 2011-CJ was great to work with. We drove over a hundred miles to see the vehicle we finally bought. There was a glitch in that the Pathfinder we were coming to see was mis-identified on the website. CJ called us as soon as he became aware of the problem. Were already most of the way there and decided to come on in and look at eh vehicle. In the end we were glad we did as we had the most positive experience that we have had in 20 years. We will certainly keep this in mind next time we are shopping vehicles.

My experience at MWI was a completely different experience form the beginning. Jeffrey Myers was very informative and patient with me. I was there for around 10 hours in 2 days trying to make a decision. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. I finally made a decision and I'm loving my new EX35! Thanks to all the staff! You have changed my mind about car buying.

He explained every feature and option in great detail, demonstrating complete expertise on the G37. The finance team was great as well. SchuZam-June 27, 2011- This is the best car buying experience I have ever had and I dealt with the Schomps, Planet Honda, Ty's Nissan and worst of all Burt Subaru now, Groove Subaru. I am still in amazement at how smooth the transaction was but most of all the superior customer service Van and CJ at the dealership offered me. I will only purchase vehicles from them for now on. Greg Aug 16, 2010- I was looking to replace my 200k mi Volvo and was unsure of which way to go. Dropped in and talked to a couple of sales people at Mike Ward Infiniti. They listened to what I was looking for. After going through their extensive list of used cars (which by the way were some of the best that I have seen) they suggested that I test drive the new G37. There were some great deals. The fit and finish was fantastic. Once I drove it I was sold. I have owned many different car lines and models, none compared to this car. Infiniti is producing a very good product. I am a new fan of Infiniti. Mike Ward treated me right. I would refer anyone I know looking for a car (new or used) to Mike Ward Infiniti. Thanks guys.
Meagan May 8, 2010- Excellent Experience. I have purchased two cars from Mike Ward Infiniti and had two excellent experiences. Two years ago I bought an EX35 and was very pleased with the whole process! The sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I worked with Bob, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He knows a lot about cars and could clearly explain all of the car's features. After researching prices on the internet, I discovered that the price quoted to me at the dealership was a great deal. I had such a good experience that I bought a second car, a G37, from them in March 2010 and was again very impressed with the service and experience. I will definitely go to Mike Ward Infiniti first when it comes time to buy another car.
Peter Dec 22, 2009- Great experience, bought a used 2009 G37X. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Jeffrey. A great sales person! He never was pushy and always explained all the features of the car with enthusiasm. When it came time to negotiate he was always very clear about all costs (trade in value, taxes, additional fees etc) we were never "surprised" with our negotiations. We loved dealing with him and would recommend him to all of you!
